Ahana as you turn 4 [14March2014]

Happy Birthday Ahana!!!! आज तू चार वर्षाची झालीस. जेव्हा मी तुला विचारलं birthday la काय करायचं your immediate answer was ' Chhota Bhim' चा cake. You also wanted chhota bhim चा coloring paper for your birthday. How innocent and inexpensive. I hope this innocence remains and you find happiness in everything you do.

One thing that hasn't changed from last year is your हट्टीपणा. A small thing against your wishes and you have tears in your eyes. I am still not able to convince you that crying is not the solution to every problem.

One thing you like to do a lot is TALK.. TALK... and TALK... When you are awake there is not a single minute when you don't talk. You can talk to yourself, your doll, teddy bear, your imaginary students...

You like to watch Marathi kid songs. My attempt to make you watch English kid songs or speak with you in English and you run away. However lately you have started using some English words in your speech.

You are a tech savvy kid. You know how to operate mobile. Take photos, view it.

You have taught me to accept 'नाही' gracefully. Anything I tell you, your first reaction is 'नाही'.  Sometimes you say 'नाही' even before listening to what I am saying. I always have to find new ideas to make you do things my way...

This year we made 3 long trips with you. One to Nashik for Amala mavshis mangalagour. Second to Ratnagiri -  Laxmikeshev temple. third to Ambejogai. ह्या तिन्ही trips तू खूप enjoy केल्यास. Specially u loved playing in SEA.

This year you joined Aaryans Fun School. Nursery, Sunflower division. सकाळी उठवून शाळेसाठी तुला तयार करण is a big task. Every time i wake you up you want 5 minutes more. In school you are very quite and studious girl. Apart from your studies you also know who is not listing to your teachers, who are fighting with each other. Once home you continue with teacher teacher. Teaching imaginary students, scolding them, taking attendance. In your game you are Monali teacher and I am Ampili teacher. Sometimes you come and share secretes. आज xxx ने चड्डीत शी केली.
You beautifully played the role of Kaikai in your school drama Ramayan.
